Pulhams achieve third time Gold pass

Cotswold Coach and Bus operator Pulhams Coaches have once again reached an outstanding pass level with the elite Guild of British Coach Operators. The Guild promotes and markets the services of its members, all of whom commit to meeting the highest quality standards, assured by regular independent audits. The rigorous audit which took place in October 2019 is the third time Pulhams have achieved the standard gaining 100% each time.

The Guild audit carried out by independent auditors Lloyd Morgan Group, thoroughly marks 64 individual points including customer service, employee investment, fleet standards, road risk and safety, compliance and continuous improvement. Members must provide clear evidence that they reach the desired standard in each area. Kathryn says “the standards are extremely high and enable us to evidence our commitment to these on a daily basis. Having policies in place is good practice but we can demonstrate that we are actively delivering on these which makes a world of difference.”
