Cheltenham Independent Schools

We specialise in providing Home to School Transport carrying over 3,000 students every day, to primary and secondary schools, across four counties.

Home to School transport requires a separate application from your school application. You should make enquiries for school transport as soon as you have chosen the school your child is going to attend.

Applications can be made at any time during the school year. We offer a waiting list for busy routes. You will not be able to travel on school buses unless you have applied formally, made the required payments and received a valid QR code or bus pass.

You can purchase tickets for Summer Term 2025 below. For the academic year 2025/2026, please see above.

• After creating an account, select the correct school.
• Select ‘Purchase ticket’ and choose your required stop.
• You can share the QR code with your child/ren by adding them to your account and gifting them the ticket. They will also need the app to view the gifted ticket and use to show the driver when boarding. If you prefer, you can print the QR code.
